工作職責(zé):
- 負(fù)責(zé)福祿克店面產(chǎn)品在整個(gè)西北地區(qū)的銷售
- 完成指定區(qū)域店面產(chǎn)品的銷售目標(biāo)
- 管理區(qū)域平臺(tái)和分銷商的所有銷售活動(dòng),包括營(yíng)銷,廣告,促銷活動(dòng)和其他分銷支持
- 管理和指導(dǎo)指定區(qū)域內(nèi)銷售代表的工作

- 協(xié)助區(qū)域經(jīng)理管理和維護(hù)代理商和核心二級(jí)
- 店面產(chǎn)品和陳列工具的維護(hù)和更新
- 市場(chǎng)促銷活動(dòng)的執(zhí)行
- 競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的信息反饋
- 每季度市場(chǎng)推廣信息調(diào)查和分析報(bào)告
入職資格:
- 大專及以上學(xué)歷,電子、理工科專業(yè)背景有3年及以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- 良好的交流能力
- 獨(dú)立的工作能力,工作態(tài)度認(rèn)真、仔細(xì)、負(fù)責(zé)、刻苦
- 學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)
- 熟悉辦公軟件的使用(Office)
- 最好有渠道管理的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- 在寧波定居,能經(jīng)常出差

Job Title: Product Marketing Manager, Fluke
Location: Shanghai
Primary Function/Major Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the development of new products and/or market opportunities for appointed product lines.
- Define and co-implement new product launch plan (incl. seminars, trade shows, trainings and end-user campaign, etc.).
- Responsible for product life cycle management.
- Develop clear, comprehensive and compelling product strategic plans and roadmaps.
- Co-provide product application and technical support to field sales force.
- Lead continuous and ad-hoc market research to update the market / competition understanding / dynamics.
Specific Job Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of Company electrical products, Test & Measurement applications and manufacturing capabilities (or related industrial field)
- Knowledge of marketing management, new product planning and sales forecast principles, methods and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both English & Mandarin.
- Proven leadership ability to drive growth and change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven analytical capabilities to enable competitive assessment, market research, strategic planning
Education and/or Experience Required:
- Technical background. MBA is a good addition.
- 5+ years experience in industrial product marketing

Develop and maintain partner in territory - 開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶
Develop new customers
資質(zhì)和要求 / Qualifications & Requirements:
- 大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷
Bachelor degree - 至少8年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),優(yōu)先考慮有10年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的申請(qǐng)者
At least 8 years working experience, prefer applicants with 10+ years working experience - 有IT 或網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)測(cè)和測(cè)試的背景或相關(guān)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Possess IT or T&M background or relevant sales experience - 熟悉中小企業(yè)市場(chǎng)銷售模式,最好既有直銷經(jīng)驗(yàn),又擅長(zhǎng)渠道開(kāi)發(fā)和管理
Familiar with SMB sales model, good at both direct touch and channel development and management - 優(yōu)先考慮有相關(guān)產(chǎn)品知識(shí)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)知識(shí)和技能的應(yīng)聘者
Prefer applicants with relevant product knowledge and network knowledge and skills - 優(yōu)先考慮有外資公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的應(yīng)聘者

- 協(xié)助管理市場(chǎng)資料、樣機(jī),財(cái)務(wù)流程處理
- 支持線下活動(dòng)和數(shù)字市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)
- 通過(guò)市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷手段與客戶溝通確認(rèn)市場(chǎng)需求,培育商機(jī)
- 跟蹤部分商機(jī),并在CRM系統(tǒng)中操作處理
- 根據(jù)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)理要求完成其他工作
能力要求:
- 本科學(xué)歷,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷方向?yàn)榧?,儀器儀表相關(guān)專業(yè)也可
